Noodle Day

It’s National Noodle Day today! Does it bring back memories of painting and stringing pasta into necklaces as a kid? Or gluing them to paper to make artwork? But there is nothing better than eating them! Noodles come in so many shapes: flat, round, twisted, sheets, tubes, nests, practically anything and can be made from many different things, like rice, wheat, buckwheat and even zucchini. And let’s not even discuss all the sauces you can add. Whew!
