Quick and Easy Mac N Cheese
This quick and easy mac n cheese recipe is made with 3 ingredients and the perfect way to celebrate National Mac N Cheese Day (July 14th). Danielle C. in our Malone, NY office says this creamy, smooth & cheesy homemade recipe will make you ditch the boxed mac and cheese forever!
Equipment
- 1 Propane Stove
Ingredients
- 1 lb Box of noodles any kind
- 32 oz Velveeta cheese
- 4 cups Half and half
Instructions
- Preheat propane over to 375 degrees.
- In a baking dish place the brick of cheese in the middle.
- Pour uncooked noodles around the cheese.
- Pour the half and half evenly around the noodles.
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
- When done, take out and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
