Ingredients
  

  • 8 6 oz Salmon steaks
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger minced
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp. Salt and pepper
  • 1 medium Orange sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a propane oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, ginger, and garlic.
  • Season salmon steaks with salt and pepper, to taste, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the glaze over the salmon steaks, reserving some for later.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • When done, remove from the oven and brush the salmon steaks with the remaining glaze.
  • Garnish with an sliced orange and serve hot.
