Eggnog Pumpkin Pie

- 1 Propane Oven
Ingredients
- 1 frozen Pie Crust
- 1 can Solid-Pack Pumpkin 15 oz
- 1 1/4 cup Eggnog
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Prepare pie crust according to package.
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, eggnog, sugar eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes until center comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate until serve.
