We had Suburban Propane out to service our propane fireplace. The tech that came to our house was awesome! Very friendly and professional. He identified the problem quickly, fixed it, and showed me what to do if we should run into the same issue again in the future. He even helped me find a new knob online to replace our stripped knob.
