I wanted to take a moment to say Thank you to technician Sammy Kapo. He came to my house to address an issue on my generator. The initial work performed by another technician failed inspection. Sammy went above and beyond to make sure his work was above reproach. Great customer service and professionalism.

The Maple Shade office is so nice and helpful. Stephanie is very nice on the phone. The manager John is always helpful and there staff.

From Karen M. Suburban Propane is the best! When during a recent outage, my whole house generator mysteriously failed. I thought I'd run out of propane and Called Suburban which dispatched Joe to my house to check on it. Joe discovered that my propane tanks were at 70% so that wasn't the issue. Understanding that without the generator running I'd be left without heat and water during the night, Joe opened the generator lid and got it up and running, which it continued to do. He also topped up my tanks before leaving. He couldn't have been more thoughtful and helpful. He's terrific. The next morning I received a call from Suburban to see if all was well and I was able to let them know that thanks to Joe it was.
