From Karen M. Suburban Propane is the best! When during a recent outage, my whole house generator mysteriously failed. I thought I'd run out of propane and Called Suburban which dispatched Joe to my house to check on it. Joe discovered that my propane tanks were at 70% so that wasn't the issue. Understanding that without the generator running I'd be left without heat and water during the night, Joe opened the generator lid and got it up and running, which it continued to do. He also topped up my tanks before leaving. He couldn't have been more thoughtful and helpful. He's terrific. The next morning I received a call from Suburban to see if all was well and I was able to let them know that thanks to Joe it was.

Samuel came on Christmas Eve (4 degrees outside) to troubleshoot our 4 propane tanks. He replaced the regulators and our generator was up and running in 30 minutes.....well done Samuel!!!
