We had an inspection of our set up to start service by Rob. He was very pleasant, and courteous to work with. If only more people had his work ethic. Would definitely recommend this company if asked by someone if asked

I had propane service from another company that let me down and did not provide me with a delivery of propane. I ran out of propane after waiting six weeks for a delivery and changed to Suburban as a new customer. Imagine, no propane for weeks in December. I called them many times requesting a delivery to no avail. Even though the employees are struggling with Covid-19 as are other companies, they set an appointment for service in seven days. They delivered a new tank, tested my home for propane leaks on all four gas appliances and delivered a tank refill the next day! Well done Suburban!

Always friendly and reliable! I recently contacting the office about a billing question and the office staff was friendly, empathetic and knowledgeable. The same goes for their drivers. Thank you for offering friendly, caring service!
