"I had propane service from another company that let me down and did not provide me with a delivery of propane. I ran out of propane after waiting six weeks for a delivery and changed to Suburban as a new customer.Imagine, no propane for weeks in December. I called them many times requesting a delivery to no avail.Even though the employees are struggling with Covid-19 as are other companies, they set an appointment for service in seven days.They delivered a new tank, tested my home for propane leaks on all four gas appliances and delivered a tank refill the next day!Well done Suburban!"

"The kitchen range is the only gas appliance in my home. For that reason, I don’t have cause to order propane on a regular basis. I purchased a 120 gallon tank from Suburban Propane 13 years ago and it has required filling only twice since the initial installation. I was surprised to see the negative Google reviews. Sorting by date, I observed the 1 star ratings were over a year old. Within the past 6 months, the ratings are all 4 and 5 stars with the exception of one. Obviously, something has changed, I’m assuming with management. My own experience with Suburban Propane has always been 5 stars. Customer service, not price, it the most important factor to me when choosing a company. The office staff is thorough, efficient and pleasant, calling me the day before the delivery as promised. I wish I had all their names, but I only made note of Tracy from the initial contact. Eli, the delivery driver, was friendly, easygoing and who talking to was a pleasure. He has an effortless, wonderful smile that never leaves his face. I live in a rural area. With no natural gas being available, propane is the only option. Some propane supply companies will not service our area. Suburban Propane always has and their rates reflect the current national price. I will most certainly recommend Suburban Propane to my family and friends. Congratulations on having such courteous employees and providing an exceptional service."
