As a 10+ year Firefighter/EMT and 30+ year IT veteran, I have worked customer service most of my professional life. And, I am good at it. I recently had a phone call with Suburban, and, the two ladies that helped me, Chawnee and Thelma, answered every question I had with both professionalism and kindness. They are very good at it too.
