I went in yesterday to get a special fitting for my new propane BBQ. I worked with Austin and I couldn’t be more please with his product knowledge and excellent customer service. He got the correct fitting for me based on just a picture from my phone. He also assembled a custom size regulator for me at a great price. Austin, who runs the outside "small tank" recertification and fill-up is awesome. I highly recommend him. The gals inside were friendly and knowledgeable both in person and on the phone.
