I was impressed with Daniel, he kept me informed throughout the day about his delays on arrival time. He worked late to insure our tank was installed and we were given detailed instructions on operation of fireplace. When I accidentally turned off my pilot I called him and he walked me through it over the phone. Great customer service!

Suburban Prophane is so good to come out and refill your tank quick after letting them know you need a refill. The staff is friendly Their prices are better than other companies i checked with when shopping for the company to set our tank

The route man who serves me does a magnificent job in that I do not have to worry about running out of gas. CRC.
