Excellent customer service , exceleent service

To Whom It May Concern I am very pleased with the service as well as grateful with a representative name Ms. Maryellen. This was my first time ever putting services in my name for a house. I called and spoke to Ms. Maryellen about 5 times that day, and not one time did she become short patient with me. I felt so lost, ashamed, and afraid not knowing what needed to be done. My son’s father and I purchased a house, my son called and stated he moved out and turned everything off. (Lights, oil, and propane oil). I called the company not knowing what to do next. I had the honor of speaking with Ms. Maryellen. I explained to Ms. Maryellen what happened, what was going on, and my concerns, while the tears was rolling down my cheeks. I could not understand why he would do something like that to my son whom was living in the upstairs area. Ms. Maryellen said calm down and stop crying, I will help you and explain everything to me and how things work. She took me step by step so that I would understand what to do and how to read the gauge on the tanks. I needed propane and a delivery came that same day. I was so over whelmed and feeling sick. I want to thank Ms. Maryellen for the kindness, understanding, caring ways, and the nurturing I felt while she was talking to me. I shared my experience with a couple of co-worker that I know live up there and told them they should change if they are not with Suburban Propane. Stay safe and wonderful blessings. Suburban Propane is always fast and efficient. The customer service people in the office are friendly and courteous and the guys that come to fill up the tank are quick with getting the tank filled up.
