I had propane service from another company that let me down and did not provide me with a delivery of propane. I ran out of propane after waiting six weeks for a delivery and changed to Suburban as a new customer. Imagine, no propane for weeks in December. I called them many times requesting a delivery to no avail. Even though the employees are struggling with Covid-19 as are other companies, they set an appointment for service in seven days. They delivered a new tank, tested my home for propane leaks on all four gas appliances and delivered a tank refill the next day! Well done Suburban!

As a 10+ year Firefighter/EMT and 30+ year IT veteran, I have worked customer service most of my professional life. And, I am good at it. I recently had a phone call with Suburban, and, the two ladies that helped me, Chawnee and Thelma, answered every question I had with both professionalism and kindness. They are very good at it too. I wish every company had people in their employ as good as these two. Thank you very much.
