From appointment to delivery of my fuel . The young Lady taking my order and working so hard to get me scheduled so I wouldn't run out of propane was awesome I am a new customer and I own my underground tank she got it all taken care of. Great Job Team Suburban, Thank you a very satisfied customer

Called to set up new service, was treated very pleasant. Date given to set tank, prices given etc... I do my very best to stay local, although not local to my area they do service our area & was more than pleased to accept our business. Seems they may have a few 1 star ratings but u have to take those as a 1 on 1 basis, as for this new customer, if they carry on as they started with me i will say we should have a good relationship. As for the "local"propane company I only leave messages so many times & move on to who deserves & wants our business. Should not take 3 weeks to set up an account, as proven suburban set up the account in 10 minutes over the phone- NOW THATS HOW BUSINESS IS DONE!
