What began as a less than positive repair experience turned into a wonderful example of customer service. Kudos to the service manager Mike. When the initial line repair did not meet expectations, he came himself and corrected the mistakes. He spent a couple hours rerouting the line and properly venting the line as well as installing a new regulator. Thank you Mike for going above and beyond to correct the problem!!

Bought an older home recently and just spaced that we would need to fill the propane tank. Called Suburban when we were almost out; Ashleigh there set us up with the earliest possible appointment for an inspection and fill, which happened to be a couple weeks out. A couple days later she calls; they had a cancellation and could come out early! Great service, fair pricing, budget pay options. Great experience and I'm looking forward to working with them moving forward.
