I’ve always had great service from this staff and company for several years. Today Mark came out and cleaned my furnaces and gas fireplace. He was prompt, polite, and explained everything to me. The fire place looks brand new. I write complaint reviews when I’m disappointed, so I’m happy to write a positive one when a company exceeds my expectations.

I am so grateful for this company. Betsy really helped us out when another gas company was giving us problems. Our gas tank was at 8% and they came the next day to fill up our tank, Haffner’s was going to let us freeze.
