Since Suburban works the entire district as a coordinated team of techs, admin and management who are focused on superior customer support... Sarah actually worked with Josh who filled in to make my appointment. This is a team oriented company focused on best effort customer service... second to none!"

"I came home at 1:00 a.m to a leak in my oil tank in my garage. I called for emergency service and someone called me back within minutes. He said that he would be there soon. I was exhausted so I told him I would leave the outer door open so he would have access to the garage and to call me if he had any issues and I would come out. I woke up to a clean garage, my oil in 55 gallon drums and a note stating what he had done and his suggestions for repair. I'd say that's pretty good service!"

"EXCELLENT! I had to cut ties with Suburban maybe 10 years ago after decades of service from them - at the time we were using a fair amount of propane with a large space heater and gas stove. They let one of their tanks that had probably been there from day one rust out and one day it just started leaking - hissing tank and heavy gas smell on the property so the fire department had to 911 out to disconnect it - a bit scary...didn't like the way Suburban handled my call in to them initially about it, so I switched providers, despite the loyalty I felt for them. Fast forward to today when I had been badly wanting to leave the company that took over from them - (their customer service and service defined TERRIBLE)...All I can say is that is that I'm deeply satisfied - Dan (and Sarah and Mary) out of their Milford NH office made swapping out my tank (I'm only running a Generac 17K Guardian Series gen on propane now) painless, easy and PLEASANT. Every other dealer had made it difficult for me. No fee for the swap and a promotional price for the propane made it a no brainer, and they took the time to accommodate, what for them has to be a very minimal new account. - answered every question professionally. AND all the service guys that came out were great too.Highly recommend!!"

"I’ve always had great service from this staff and company for several years. Today Mark came out and cleaned my furnaces and gas fireplace. He was prompt, polite, and explained everything to me. The fire place looks brand new. I write complaint reviews when I’m disappointed, so I’m happy to write a positive one when a company exceeds my expectations."

"The customer service is pretty good over all, but they are horrible with billing. I was initial charged way too much for the tank installation, etc, called them they looked into it and I was then given various totals before it was resolved. And I wasn't suppose to be on automatic delivery and I was. So I was quite surprised to see the truck pull up and he kept filling the tank as I told him I didn't order any fuel. I am new to this company for propane. I deal with another company for kerosene and have had no issues in the past 16 years."

"Coming from the city with all amenities at your finger tips, and then moving to the woods and learning about wells and propane heat and how the systems work. Well, the service technician we had took the time to explain and show us things. Customer service is key!"
