"To our surprise, An automatic delivery to fill our propane tank was made recently. We have been a long time customer and have never signed up for automatic delivery, which is a mystery as to “why” all of a sudden, but we called and it has now been remedied. It’s all good. The reason I am writing the review is to give kudos to the delivery driver. You see, we just put in a brand new driveway not even a couple weeks prior to the delivery. The driver was very observant and did not drive onto our new driveway to fill the tank, which I am positive would have scarred the new asphalt. So thank you to the driver for caring and being on the ball. We really appreciate you."

"Our Propane supplier we had in the past allowed us to run out of Propane, it happens I get it. We were told it would be 14 Days to get a fill and we were screamed at on the phone because we called back and offered to pay for an Emeregency visit to no Avail. I called Suburban and dealt with Christina Fernandez who is AMAZING! She had two external tanks set up at our house in 8 hours so we could have heat and hot water again. I will never change suppliers again."

"Service is fine. Rates are fine. Billing is poor. An invoice followed by a statement three weeks later. With mail running late, it is easy to get a late charge. Water, electric, cable, credit cards one bill per month make sense."

"I just set up a new account with Suburban Propane and I am very pleased so far. They delivered a brand new tank to my camper, changed the fittings and did a leak test to make sure there was no leaking gas. The driver even stayed while we made sure that the water heater, stove etc. were all working before he left. The driver was very courteous and professional. They also came back and topped off my tank automatically during the week so it was totally worry free. The convenience of paying my bills online is very convenient. The customer service that is provided over the phone and via email has also been top notch. I would highly recommend this company. So far, so good."

The fire place looks brand new. I write complaint reviews when I’m disappointed, so I’m happy to write a positive one when a company exceeds my expectations."

"EXCELLENT! I had to cut ties with Suburban maybe 10 years ago after decades of service from them - at the time we were using a fair amount of propane with a large space heater and gas stove. They let one of their tanks that had probably been there from day one rust out and one day it just started leaking - hissing tank and heavy gas smell on the property so the fire department had to 911 out to disconnect it - a bit scary...didn't like the way Suburban handled my call in to them initially about it, so I switched providers, despite the loyalty I felt for them. Fast forward to today when I had been badly wanting to leave the company that took over from them - (their customer service and service defined TERRIBLE)...All I can say is that is that I'm deeply satisfied - Dan (and Sarah and Mary) out of their Milford NH office made swapping out my tank (I'm only running a Generac 17K Guardian Series gen on propane now) painless, easy and PLEASANT. Every other dealer had made it difficult for me. No fee for the swap and a promotional price for the propane made it a no brainer, and they took the time to accommodate, what for them has to be a very minimal new account. - answered every question professionally. AND all the service guys that came out were great too.Highly recommend!!"

"I came home at 1:00 a.m to a leak in my oil tank in my garage. I called for emergency service and someone called me back within minutes. He said that he would be there soon. I was exhausted so I told him I would leave the outer door open so he would have access to the garage and to call me if he had any issues and I would come out. I woke up to a clean garage, my oil in 55 gallon drums and a note stating what he had done and his suggestions for repair. I'd say that's pretty good service!"
