I was very pleased with the customer service I received at Suburban Propane. They answered the phone in a timely manner which is important now. Dan was very helpful in giving m information and having propane tank delivered to me. Everyone I worked with there was helpful and professional.

I just set up a new account with Suburban Propane and I am very pleased so far. They delivered a brand new tank to my camper, changed the fittings and did a leak test to make sure there was no leaking gas. The driver even stayed while we made sure that the water heater, stove etc. were all working before he left. The driver was very courteous and professional. They also came back and topped off my tank automatically during the week so it was totally worry free. The convenience of paying my bills online is very convenient. The customer service that is provided over the phone and via email has also been top notch. I would highly recommend this company. So far, so good.
