I came home at 1:00 a.m to a leak in my oil tank in my garage. I called for emergency service and someone called me back within minutes. He said that he would be there soon. I was exhausted so I told him I would leave the outer door open so he would have access to the garage and to call me if he had any issues and I would come out. I woke up to a clean garage, my oil in 55 gallon drums and a note stating what he had done and his suggestions for repair. I'd say that's pretty good service!
