I am a new customer and there was a mix up with what needed to be done to get my service started and maintained. I didn't know any of the steps that needed to be taken and ended up running out of fuel. I called Suburban Propane and they discovered that they dropped the ball and never completed the work that needed to be done on their end. They OWNED UP to their mistake and corrected it IMMEDIATELY. They had a technician out within an hour or so, provided a small amount of fuel free of charge to hold me over until the tech could come back the next day to fill the tank up completely. They apologized and were so professional - both the women on the phone and the guys who came out to the house. It was great!

Today I had the best customer support from Suburban Propane, Morrisville that I have ever experienced from any business. I was dreading calling the out of state Suburban customer support, as they weren’t helpful in the past. Today I was connected to Tonya in Morrisville. She was patient, helpful, answered every question that I had, and had responded to my email from the night before in advance of my phone call! She also emailed every backup document that I could possibly need. Small town care from a nationwide business.

Everyone has been very kind and helpful. Great service.
