I'm glad we did, the price has been great, our driver is an awesome guy Love chatting with him when he makes the delivery, and every time I've needed to call in for some reason customer service has been great. "My Mother and Father, Edna and Emery Longley, are kerosene customers. They had Charles Cathcart do their cleaning this year and they can’t stop talking about how great he was. He was very thorough. He tore everything apart and cleaned every last bit. The furnace is running beautifully now. You can hardly hear it running. Many kudos to Charles! Thank you for a job very well done!"

"We just recently bought a place in Vt and the previous owners used suburban. The people who work there in the VT offices are just exceptionally nice. I have had interactions with them: serrting up an account, scheduling a preliminary inspection, meeting the inspection guy and then scheduling an emergency delivery. Every interaction was so pleasant and nice. The guy who did the inspection informed me that I was very low on propane (8%). I called and they were able to get someone to come right out and fill my tank. They even called me back to ensure that the delivery was going to be made. Super nice people"

"I am a new customer and there was a mix up with what needed to be done to get my service started and maintained. I didn't know any of the steps that needed to be taken and ended up running out of fuel. I called Suburban Propane and they discovered that they dropped the ball and never completed the work that needed to be done on their end. They OWNED UP to their mistake and corrected it IMMEDIATELY. They had a technician out within an hour or so, provided a small amount of fuel free of charge to hold me over until the tech could come back the next day to fill the tank up completely. They apologized and were so professional - both the women on the phone and the guys who came out to the house. It was great!"

"We arrived at a rental cabin in the woods of Vermont and discovered the furnace was not working. The owner contacted Suburban propane, service tech Charles called to ask a couple of questions about the problem and said he would be on his way right away, while we had him on the phone we told him we were desperate for a bag of ice as none of the 3 refrigerators in the house we’re making any, within an hour Charles showed up with a twenty pound bag of ice and had the furnace fixed in minutes, the guy is a hero!I can’t say enough about the service Charles provided. He even called the next morning to check in and make sure the system continued to work through the night!Employees make a company and suburban Propane is very lucky to have Charles representing them!"

"The staff at Suburban Propane in Morrisville has always been a pleasure to work with and help to get your matter taken care of. If the person you are speaking with isn't able to help you, they find someone else in the office that can handle your matter so it is taken care of. It doesn't matter who we talk with as the information in our account is always updated so anyone can help us. With a larger rental account that is spread out over various locations it is nice to not have to only speak with one person in order to have our account taken care of during the busy heating season. One of the best staffs to work with."

"I am extremely pleased with the customer service provided by Suburban Propane (in Morrisville, VT) employees. When I first called in for new service, I was greeted and helped by Tina. She was phenomenal with giving lots of information. She answered all my questions, and then told me other questions (and gave me her answers) that I should be asking when I call around. She's the reason I proceeded. The next step was to have someone come evaluate the location of the propane tank, etc. The two people to do this were Chris and Mike. They were outstanding. They were informative, helpful, and pleasant. They went out of their way to help us. They presented us with lots of options to make it work best for us. They really took their time to make sure we came up with a great plan for size of tank and location. They then set it up for delivery. I didn't hear back right away (I mean within 24 hours), and with winter already here, I was anxious (don't get me wrong... they weren't slow to call me... I'm just a little over anxious!). So I called the office and got another person on the phone (I didn't catch her name), and once she heard we were living in an RV with small propane tanks, she made sure we got on the list to receive our tanks ASAP even though they were booked for 2 weeks. The next day Chris and Mike returned with our propane tanks. They were fast in setting it up, thorough in making sure it was done right, and once again pleasant to deal with. Finally, within an hour, Aaron was here filling up the tanks. He also had to work us into his route, and he did so, which was very appreciated by us. The whole team was amazing. I look forward to their service for many years to come. Oh, and the price of their propane was cheaper than the others I called. So value-wise, they are dead on, too. Highly recommend."
