To our surprise, An automatic delivery to fill our propane tank was made recently. We have been a long time customer and have never signed up for automatic delivery, which is a mystery as to “why” all of a sudden, but we called and it has now been remedied. It’s all good. The reason I am writing the review is to give kudos to the delivery driver. You see, we just put in a brand new driveway not even a couple weeks prior to the delivery. The driver was very observant and did not drive onto our new driveway to fill the tank, which I am positive would have scarred the new asphalt. So thank you to the driver for caring and being on the ball. We really appreciate you.

The absolutely amazing, Service Coordinator, Sarah, did her best to help me understand that an emergency gas leak had delayed my appointment to another day... Since Suburban works the entire district as a coordinated team of techs, admin and management who are focused on superior customer support... Sarah actually worked with Josh who filled in to make my appointment. This is a team oriented company focused on best effort customer service... second to none!

They are Prompt, Polite, Punctual, Pleasant, and allways there when you need them! We are very satisfied with Suburban!
