We recently turned on our gas logs first time this season and there was a very strong smell we had never experienced so we called you and the ladies at the office advised us of precautions to take and said they would have a technician here soon. We're a long distance away but it was less than 45 minutes wait till he came. He was very thorough in inspecting inside and outside or home and concluded there was no danger and what we should do to improve the situation. Thank you for keeping us safe!

The Suburban Propane delivery was made promptly after the request was phoned in. The driver was friendly and courteous. We were very satisfied with our experience.

I had called to have my gas line turned on and start my pilot light on my gas logs. The service man, Jimmy, was very friendly, efficient and helpful. However, I am noticing a strong smell and the thermostat doesn't seem to work right anymore - may need to call again.
