I had propane service from another company that let me down and did not provide me with a delivery of propane. I ran out of propane after waiting six weeks for a delivery and changed to Suburban as a new customer. Imagine, no propane for weeks in December. I called them many times requesting a delivery to no avail. Even though the employees are struggling with Covid-19 as are other companies, they set an appointment for service in seven days. They delivered a new tank, tested my home for propane leaks on all four gas appliances and delivered a tank refill the next day! Well done Suburban!

I have been a long time customer of Suburban Propane and rarley have interaction with the delivery drivers. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting the delivery driver Johnny in Las Vegas. He was the most informative, kindest, and happiest gentelman I have ever dealt with. I am so happy that he is my new driver. Thank you Johnny for making the start to my weekend great!!!!

We had an inspection of our set up to start service by Rob. He was very pleasant, and courteous to work with. If only more people had his work ethic. Would definitely recommend this company if asked by someone if asked
