I had propane service from another company that let me down and did not provide me with a delivery of propane. I ran out of propane after waiting six weeks for a delivery and changed to Suburban as a new customer. Imagine, no propane for weeks in December. I called them many times requesting a delivery to no avail. Even though the employees are struggling with Covid-19 as are other companies, they set an appointment for service in seven days. They delivered a new tank, tested my home for propane leaks on all four gas appliances and delivered a tank refill the next day! Well done Suburban!

Shawnee has been spectacular. She is very polite. She helps us with making decisions. Always and answers all of our questions. The company is easy to work with. We have never had a problem with service. Highly recommend this company.
