I am a new customer with Suburban propane. When I informed them that I smelled gas by the tank they were at my place within the hour checking for leaks and replacing parts. Before leaving they checked all the gas lines and made sure my heating and hot water were working properly. I was impressed by their concern for customer safety and comfort.

Suburban Propane has been awesome! The sales rep, customer service manager, office staff, and installers went above and beyond what any other company probably would have done.
