SP has been a good and reliable supplier. I have a request - I have used SP to refill my grill propane tanks, at the rate specified in my home supply contract. This is a great benefit and lets me refill tanks at a much reduced price compared to grocery or home improvement stores. This facility was out of service much of the summer of 2019 (I was told a failed pump). I'd ask that this customer service be raised in priority so that it available most of the business day, or maybe every day after 1PM. Thanks.

Firstly, being new to propane, and not knowing the ins and outs was a learning experience, but Suburban and everyone I worked with made it an enjoyable experience. We were with a different company, but switched to suburban. They went over and above, and were incredibly helpful and such nice people! Thankyou Christy, Melissa, and Scott.... you guys are awesome!

Price tends to be a little higher than some local competitors but the service is outstanding. Good service is hard to come by these days so I don't mind paying a little more knowing that I can rely on Suburban.
