Kevin was amazingly helpful getting us up and running with propane! He came back exactly when he said he would, so he could be here when our HVAC guy was here switching our furnace from natural gas to propane. The HVAC tech that was sent was only 18 and Kevin was incredibly patient and helpful as the kid tried to do/learn his job!
