"I was dissatisfied with my propane supplier so I switched to Suburban in April 2023. I contacted the Brighton, MI branch for service.They delivered another tank, replaced the regulators and filled all the same day. Now back in business.Their installer Kevin was excellent. He knows his stuff. Even helped with lighting the pilot of the furnace.Brian the delivery driver filled the new tank with remote controlled system. He showed me his truck which also runs on propane! All very cool.And of coarse sales by my friend Diane.I wrote to Diane to tell her I think she works with some really nice guys. She is nice too!Stay warm, Jeff Martin"

"Due to bad business practices on the part of our former propane company, we found ourselves with less than 10% propane in our tank and needing fuel ASAP! Kaitlin and Anastasia worked together to get us scheduled for the installation of a new tank and propane delivery in less than 36 hours!!!Kevin was the technician that installed the tank and he made sure everything was working before he left. He was prompt, efficient and thorough.EVERY person we had contact with at the company was professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I cannot thank them enough or recommend this company more! He came back exactly when he said he would, so he could be here when our HVAC guy was here switching our furnace from natural gas to propane. The HVAC tech that was sent was only 18 and Kevin was incredibly patient and helpful as the kid tried to do/learn his job!"

We were very upset and not certain if we would continue to use them as our supplier going forward - BUT Suburban Propane in Brighton, MI took care of this in a professional, prompt, and caring manner.
