Wonderful customer service - I immediately felt like I was part of the family. Installation and delivery without a hitch. I waited until the first fill-up in case there was hitch - but this place is for real. Need propane? Use them!!!

Due to bad business practices on the part of our former propane company, we found ourselves with less than 10% propane in our tank and needing fuel ASAP! Kaitlin and Anastasia worked together to get us scheduled for the installation of a new tank and propane delivery in less than 36 hours!!! Kevin was the technician that installed the tank and he made sure everything was working before he left. He was prompt, efficient and thorough. EVERY person we had contact with at the company was professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I cannot thank them enough or recommend this company more! You are incredible. A million thanks for fixing a problem you did not cause!

Our propane guy Ken, from Suburban Propane-(Grass Lake area) is the absolute best. He installed both our tanks, most recently our new tank for our pool.
