Great customer service. Wish they would work with people more and their financial abilities though. Prices are a little high too. But overall great service. No problems with deliveries or testing.

Very pleased with Suburban Propane. Set up man got to my house an hour before the generator people did. And stayed till job was done and tested for leaks

From the moment I contacted Suburban Propane and was concerning buying a home in Nashville Indiana they have answered questions, came did a inspection fixed a broke line and sat a new tank, filled the new tank. You will not find this great of quality custmer service anywhere else (at least I have not). Robert was extremely patient with me asking questions he also gave great advice of on how to care, read and things to watch out for on propane tank. This level of customer service has been amazing.
