Having no experience with Propane gas before purchasing this home a year+ ago, I can honestly say Suburban Propane has been terrific. They send out service to inspect our system and took the time to educate us. The billing seemed confusing to us since we inherited a "budget plan" from the previous owner. Again, the office personnel was patient and thorough in their tutorial. The service is ALWAYS on time too! I recommend Suburban highly. Other companies might cost less on the front end, but the value, service and courtesy is well worth the extra $ difference! It's unfortunate but good service and quality products are harder to find these days. You can count on Suburban Propane!

Recently signed up for the Early Buy Purchase Plan. Received my first prepaid delivery last week. Very well pleased with my decision, and with the service and dependability of the Suburban team of people that handle my account.

They did exactly what they said they would do and treated me with courtesy and respect. I now have a liquid propane tank properly sited and a line run to where my emergency back-up generator will be installed.
