It took a while for things to get going but once they did all went well. The Tech was very helpful and understanding to my situation, he called the driver to set up a propane delivery for us. The Driver came the following week and filled us up, he was very nice and helpful too.

I was impressed with Daniel, he kept me informed throughout the day about his delays on arrival time. He worked late to insure our tank was installed and we were given detailed instructions on operation of fireplace. When I accidentally turned off my pilot I called him and he walked me through it over the phone. Great customer service!

Suburban Propane is a responsive company as it relates to Customer Service and Installation / Repair Service. My personal experience when dealing with any aspect of business with Suburban Propane was excellent.
