Suburban had me up and running within 3 days of my initial phone call despite being a small account. I felt like they treated me the same as a customer who will buy much more propane from them. The "no job too small" attitude is very refreshing in today's atmosphere. Some of the other propane dealers wanted to wait until spring (2 months) to get me heat in my barn. I don't need heat in the spring, I needed it now, and I'm so thankful for the speedy response and great customer service. You guys saved the day, and probably my fingers and toes lol.

I have changed my review! Going from 1 star to 5 The company contacted me about the issue of over charging for propane. With prompt response this issue was resolved!! I'm very satisfied with my service now.
