I absolutely cannot say enough amazing things about how awesome I have been treated by Joi, who works in the office and Andrew who is a technician at Suburban Propane in Myrtle Beach. Joi's primary focus is to delight her customer through excellent service. Her expertise in business knowledge supports her ability to satisfy her customers with her knowledge, speed, compassion and sense of humor. Andrew is extremely detailed and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. He took the time to explain the propane tank as well as the gas fireplace, both of which I was not familiar. He answered all of my questions fully and clearly. He has the ability to delight his customer through his focus on providing superb service with timeliness and humor. Both Joi and Andrew should be the yardstick by which all customer service representatives across industries are measured against! Most service personnel strive to deliver the supreme, flawless level of service Joi and Andrew provide naturally on a daily basis.

I have used Suburban Propane now for 10 years! I have to say they are very nice here, especially Melinda! She is so sweet! They are fast to set up appointments and very friendly. I do know prices go up and down, but it is very reasonable.
