I am so impressed with the customer service representatives who handle the phones at Suburban Propane in Bridgehampton. I've always found them to be attentive to issues and great at followup. Most recently I had an issue due to a disconnect between my pool heater installer and the technician from Suburban Propane who did the hook up. Julia Martinez in the SP office was very persistent in helping to get it resolved and ensuring that I was not billed extra for rework that was necessary. So grateful for all the help!

Reliable, efficient, neat and professional

I want to commend Andrew of Suburban Propane for the amazing service he provided during the week of Christmas to locate and repair two gas leaks in our house. He was very professional, kind, patient and methodical and, over the course of three days, searched carefully for the source of the leaks. On Christmas Eve, he found both problems and repaired them. It was the best Christmas present ever! Thank you, Andrew. You are the best!
