He was very professional, kind, patient and methodical and, over the course of three days, searched carefully for the source of the leaks. On Christmas Eve, he found both problems and repaired them. "Excellent experience. I have been living with an electric stove at my 2nd home for 30 years and it always irked me. Finally decided to make the move and bought a used stove in very good shape that required conversion to propane through a kit. I also had to have a propane line run from my tank that feeds the pool heater to my kitchen, about 45 feet. The crew that Suburban sent- Andrew, John, and TJ were amazing. They were on time, worked hard, and had a great sense of humor. Despite it being a difficult job they assured me at the onset that they were going to get it right if it took them all day. It didn't take that long, but they got it right and came in right at the estimate, not a penny over. Very satisfied!"
