We are new customers, and they have been wonderful to work with. Their fuel inspector was mild mannered and kind, the 2 ladies, Taylor and Ellen I have worked with on the phone have been extremely helpful. We have a baby in our home and they got our ticket pushed forward and we're getting a fuel delivery tomorrow. Glad I decided to give them my business! And glad we won't have to use space heaters anymore!

They are a great company. I'm a first time propane user and they are very patient with me and teach me alone the way. Understand if I'm sounding stupid asking questions but they answer them as if they are not. Thank you for the amazing job you all are doing!!

Sense becoming a Suburban Customer I couldn't be Happier. My Budget has left me Owing you for the Billing Cycle, but I understand. Your Service, both Delivery and Phone Contact has been Excelent !! I Tip my Driver each year at Christmas because I have NEVER RAN OUT, Prior to Suburban I had MGS, to run out once or twice a year was not Uncommon, and Dealing with them 'Could' become Continuous.
