Since we changed to a smaller tank, and I wasn't baking as often, I wasn't sure how soon we'd need a refill. I appreciate Suburban scheduling it for us, with the option of calling sooner if we felt we needed a delivery. Employees are always pleasant, in person or on the phone.

We had an emergent situation requiring the on-call technician, and then a full fill the next day when weather was unfavorable. I spoke to customer service to ensure we were on the list for getting a fill. The on call technician had provided all of the information and Kate, the representative I spoke with communicated so efficiently and compassionately with me, following up with me to ensure I knew the fill was able to happen. The driver made it earlier than expected, and we are grateful!
