"Delivery arrived on the scheduled day and the driver was very accommodating when his ticketing system was working properly. Only complaint was Suburban continues to be $.30 - $.40 more per gallon then other local suppliers. Being a long time customer, I really would like this to change."

"We had an emergent situation requiring the on-call technician, and then a full fill the next day when weather was unfavorable. I spoke to customer service to ensure we were on the list for getting a fill. The on call technician had provided all of the information and Kate, the representative I spoke with communicated so efficiently and compassionately with me, following up with me to ensure I knew the fill was able to happen. The driver made it earlier than expected, and we are grateful!"

"I needed an urgent fill recently for my daughters birthday, the wednesday or thursday before 4th of july. I believe I called after hours on wednesday and they said someone would call me the next day. I didn’t get a call so I called them and they had already put us on the route the next day! Thank goodness because our pool propane tank was empty! Easy to deal with!"

"I called to get service at a home we bought in Harford County. Tina scheduled a preservice inspection which revealed significant problems. The pressure in the house was too low (which is why the fireplaces would not work. It was also found that the grounding system was flawed. Both problems were addressed in a professional and cost effective manner. The first fill was discounted and the initial inspection fee was waived. The crew seemed to be extremely competent. Boyd has lots of experience and it shows."
