Ingredients: 1 box Strawberry Cake Mix; 8 oz Cream Cheese (soft); 1 large Egg; 1/2 cup Butter; 2 oz Chopped White Chocolate; 1 oz Strawberry Gelatin Mix; 1 oz Strawberry Gelatin Mix; 1 oz Powdered Sugar; 1 oz Red and/or Pink Sugar Sprinkles

Strawberry Cream Cheese Cookies

These cookies are so easy to make because they are made with a strawberry cake mix, and won't take you more than 20 minutes from start to finish. Thanks to Linda O. in our Anchorage, AK location for participating in National Strawberry Day (February 27th).

Ingredients

Cookie

1 box Strawberry Cake Mix
8 oz Cream Cheese soft
1 large Egg
1/2 cup Butter
2 oz Chopped White Chocolate
1 oz Strawberry Gelatin Mix

Cookie Shell Mix

1 oz Strawberry Gelatin Mix
1 oz Powdered Sugar
1 oz Red and/or Pink Sugar Sprinkles

Instructions

Cream butter and cream cheese with a mixer or hand mixer.
Add the egg.
Add cake mix slowly and desert mix.
Add chopped white chocolate.
On a plate, mix ingredients for cookie shell.
Use a small scoop, roll into balls and roll into cookie shell mix.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 8-10 minutes.
