  • 1 Propane Oven

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Mix
  • 3 lbs Bone Pork Shoulder
  • 1 bag Disposable Cooking Bag
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Cider Vinegar
  • 1 package Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 bottle BBQ Sauce
  • 1 container Cole Slaw Mix

Instructions
 

  • Place the pork shoulder, McCormick seasoning, ketchup, brown sugar and cider vinegar in the cooking bag and tie.
  • Place bag with ingredients in a cooking pan.
  • Cook for 1 hour at 375 and then turn down to 250 for 3-4 hours.
  • Take pork out and place in a large bowl, begin shredding. Use juice from cooking to make moist.
  • Mix in BBQ sauce to liking.
  • Make cole slaw mix according to package or purchase pre-made.
  • Cut Hawaiian role in half and top with pulled pork and cole slaw.
