Garlic Confit and Garlic Infused Oil
Garlic confit is a surefire way to upgrade just about anything. Celebrate National Garlic Day (April 19) by making this and spreading on crusty bread or adding to vegetables or blended into dips/dressings/marinades. Thanks to Denette S. in Syracuse NY for the submission.
