David’s Guacamole
David's guacamole, submitted by David W. in our Southern Adirondack location, is a simple recipe that uses minimal ingredients, just like authentic guacamole. We couldn't celebrate Chip N DIp Day (March 23) without guacamole!
Ingredients
- 3 each Avocados rip
- 1 small Red Onion chopped
- 2 small Tomatoes chopped
- 2 small Peppers Poblano and Serrano
- 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 dash Black Pepper
- 2 each Limes Squeeze for juice
Instructions
- Cut avocados in half. Remove the pit, scoop out inside using a fork.
- Mash avocado. Add all the other ingredients.
- Add more salt, pepper or lime to taste.
- Serve immediately. Store in airtight container in fridge.
