  • Propane Oven

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Carrot Cake Mix Any brand
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1/2 cup Cooking Oil

Instructions
 

  • Pour all of your ingredients into your mixing bowl and stir.
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Shape cookies into a one inch ball.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
  • Remove cookies from baking sheet and cool on wire rack.
