Equipment

  • 1 Propane Oven

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 8 oz Cabot cottage cheese
  • 6 tbsp Cabot salted butter cubed
  • 1/2 cup Alaska reindeer sausage
  • 1/2 cup Alaska smoked salmon
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 3 oz Cabot cream cheese cubed
  • 1/2 lb Cabot Colby cheese
  • 1/2 lb Cabot seriously sharp cheddar

Instructions
 

  • Beat eggs
  • Slowly add flour and baking powder until no lumps.
  • Add heavy whipping cream. Beat until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into a 2-quart baking dish or 9x9 pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
