I have been unable to work due to Covid since the beginning Of March Contacted Blanche at the Millsboro Office she was so helpful and was my savior that Day. She told me they would work with my bill and would take payments . I wish the world had more people like her it would be a better place. She really cared about me we have been a customer for over 38 years and I have never met someone that works there that was ever that helpful. I am forever grateful to have spoke to such a caring Respresentative from this company. She deserves a Bonus or Award for being such a compassionate person and she was able to calm me down from crying. I now have a great friend in Blanche. She was and is our shining star.
