The technician found a leak outside and replaced my ancient tank and got everything going again on the stove. Really appreciated the time he took to get everything fixed."

"I was pleased to have Suburban perform this service and help us connect the gas line to our fireplace, but it was not without challenge. What I was not pleased with is the fact that the service men initially told me the work could not be done. They were unwilling to go the extra mile to make things happen for us. It took the contractor who provided the logs to go that extra mile so that the work could happen. Without that contractor's help, Suburban would have left me with a non-functioning fireplace."

"A weeks ago I called suburban propane for some information and some billing questions I got a lady Susan Bendistis. . She was very helpful, polite,very responsive She said she would check on things and give me a call back by a certain time a couple days later and she did. I was very impressed because seldom does that happen. I also talked to her supervisor to give her feedback. Susan should be a role model for anyone in customer service and she is a bright star for suburban propane."

She told me they would work with my bill and would take payments . I wish the world had more people like her it would be a better place. She really cared about me we have been a customer for over 38 years and I have never met someone that works there that was ever that helpful. I am forever grateful to have spoke to such a caring Respresentative from this company.
