I just wanted to share our experience with Suburban Propane. I called this morning and talk to a very nice lady( I can’t remember her name). She said to bring our bottle in. We did and was greeted by Austin outside. We explained our dilemma, and within minutes he had our bottle fixed and filled. What an awesome young man. Friendly efficient knowledgeable and just a wonderful person. Will definitely do business here again great experience

Despite the negative reviews, I decided to go with Suburban Propane and am so glad I did! Eric and Kelley in the office were professional and very responsive. Spencer, the field technician, could not have been nicer and really went the extra mile to place our tank perfectly. This was far and away a much better experience than the company we had used previously. I highly recommend Suburban Propane! Thank you for the great service!!

Great customer service. I had a stuck valve on my motorhome propane tank. I called and talked to Jose and he told me to bring it down and he’d take a look and schedule an appointment if repairs were needed. I took it down and he had the valve functioning again in just a few minutes. No charge. He made sure I didn’t have any more questions. I’m very impressed and they have all my future business for propane.
