It took a while for things to get going but once they did all went well. The Tech was very helpful and understanding to my situation, he called the driver to set up a propane delivery for us. The Driver came the following week and filled us up, he was very nice and helpful too.

Wow! Awesome, Awesome customer service. Valerie is awesome! A company that does exactly what they say will do when they say they will do it! Delivery guy, Eric is awesome! A+ company. If you are thinking of using another propane company, you are thinking wrong! Do not pass this company up.

We have been living in our home since 2017 but never had propane hooked up for our fireplace. With 2020 being, well 2020.... we are looking forward to enjoying evenings in front of the fireplace. The day that Daniel came to set the tank, it was raining buckets yet he patiently set the tank, even having to crawl under the house and replace the lines. Customer service from my first call to Daniel's installation was top notch! Definitely suggest that you choose Suburban Propane and we will be lifelong customers!
