Service is great! They ALWAYS come out to top us off before a storm so we are prepared in case we need our generator for extended periods due to outages. We have used the for 7 years.

The personal located at 1305 us-70 NEW BERN are outstanding. KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THEIR JOB AND GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ACCOMMODATE YOU. We truly need to utilize these workers in other businesses locally. Wow! In the cloud of 1 star reviews I want to buck the trend. I too have experienced some bad encounters but I met(via phone) Sandra. at the New Bern location, She is intelligent, understanding, non-confrontational, and ready to assist customers vice ready to harass customers. There has been a management change in this location, obviously for the the better. Sandra takes the time to look for what specials might be available for you, gives advice on when is the best time of year to buy gas and other pertinent information. I could not possible ask for better. I was going to leave Suburban altogether but Sandra got me to stay, and as long as she stays, or the company adopts here customer service etiquette , I will stay. Thank you Suburban for a job well done and more than anything, thank you Sandra for caring, knowing and willing to act.You really have made a difference, the company should look at this and adopt your way of doing business.
